My Story

Luke was my youngest child i already had five children Bailey&Michael both nine Lily Seven Sophie five and Billy two and a half years old,

When i found out that i was having you Luke i was shocked at first because you were a sixth child i didnt no how i was going to cope with 6...

On the December the 21st 2007 you came in to our world 1month and 3 days early you were heathy. 6lbs 12oz.

we got to take you home when you was 2 weeks old..

every day you were sooo good and never cried for attention you only woke up 1 to 3 times a night you were my best baby.


When the 21st June 2008 came that was the shock of my life i went to wake you up and you woke up and had the most biggest smile on your face i just smiled back at you,

12:20pm : It was time for your afternoon sleep, I went an put you in your crib and you fell straight to sleep.

at 1:05pm : When i asked Michael to go an see if Luke was still asleep he did and came back down and said "Yes Mummy Luke is Fasssst asleep" i gave Michael a kiss on the head and said thank you now go and play..

1:25pm : I went upstairs to wake Luke up and i gently kissed him on the head and he opened his eyes and smiled like he always smiled =]

1:30pm i changed Luke's bum he never like it but i never cried,

1:45pm i took Lukey in to the backgraden to watch Bailey,Micheal,Lilly,Sop hie and Billy play around when next door's Children Alex [10] Bardley[9] and Erica [8] started shouting at each other and i looked over and asked them what was wrong and Erica said Alex hit the golf ball and it went into your garden,
i went and gave it back to them.

2:05pm Daddy came back from work and the kids were playing and Luke was sleep in his carseat i was wartering the flowers.

Daddy went to see Lukey and asked my why was a golf ball on his head i ran out there a picked Luke up luke was bleeding from his head.

2:09pm Dean[Daddy] Phoned and Ambulance and told them that Luke had been hit on the head with a golf ball and was bleeding.

2:15pm the ambulance arived and looked at you and wisked you off and out my hands i followed them and daddy asked next door to look after Bai,Mike,Lill,Soph and Bill and he came with us.

2:20pm we go to the hospital and Luke was taken to IC intensive Care. and had tubes going in an out of him.

2:30pm Luke stoped breathing and started having a fit,

2:35pm Luke still wasnt breathing,

2:40pm Luke started to recover from his fit.

2:50pm we got told Luke only had a few hours left he had A bleed on the brain, and a Brain hemorrhage.

3:00pm Bailey,Michael,Lily,Soph ie and Billy came up to the hospital to say there last goodsbyes and hold for ever.

3:35pm While Billy was holding him Luke decided to be sick on him it was funny but Billy didnt like it but he still laughed

3:55pm Luke Started Crying and being really fussy.

4:15pm Luke had his last bottle of milk.

4:25pm Luke Had his last ride in the family car it was his trip home so everyone could say there goodbye to him.

5:00pm we took luke in to his bedroom and satdown with im just Me[Mummy]Dean[Daddy]and Our Baby Mushroom [Luke]


5:45pm Luke was in daddy and my arms for the last time and looked at us smiled and closed his eyes a drifted away peacfully.

6:20pm we called the hospital and told them Luke had passed away in are arms at 5:45pm on the 21st June 2008.
